ESSAY
The incredible Deinocheirus is known only from two enormous, eight-foot-long (2.5m) arms with 10-inch claws. The arms are similar to those of ornithomimids, although the digits and claws are more curved. Deinocheirus may have been on the same scale as the largest of theropods. It lived alongside Therizinosaurus, another bizarre theropod with huge arms. |
